When you send a parts request, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, appliance type, brand, complete model number and the description you provide. We use these details to identify the part, confirm price and availability, and reply to you. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in the request form.

Website operation and service providers

Our website and its hosting services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and server logs to operate and protect the site. Parts requests are sent to our business email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services. Product images loaded from supplier websites also send a request from your browser to those websites.

Cookies and accounts

The site uses cookies where needed for features such as sign-in and shopping sessions. You can control cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect those features. If you create an account, the information you provide is stored to operate that account.

Orders and payments

Online ordering is currently closed. When ordering opens, contact, delivery and order information will be needed to process purchases and arrange delivery. Card payments will be handled through Square. We will update this notice as the ordering service is completed.
